My journey from doubt to delight

The attentive staff made my stay truly enjoyable, and the breakfast at Oceana was AMAZING! ! It was refreshing and set the tone for the day. The beachside activities were also a highlight!

The dining options fell short. many meals were disappointing and overly salty. Additionally, the consistency of air conditioning was a nuisance during hot days, impacting comfort.

the view was spectacular, but shockingly, the furniture in the dining room was so uncomfortable i almost couldn't sit through a meal. also, i was absolutely expecting a room upgrade, yet found myself in a basic junior suite—unbelievable! overall, just could not look past the damp leak in the main buffet either, so disappointed.

The air conditioning has issues with consistency, especially during the hot weather!!! The VIP upsell process at check-in feels forced and intrusive, impacting the initial relaxation vibe you expect. Room maintenance should be a higher priority!!!

The Junior Suite Swim Out, King Bed was a fantastic choice. Room service breakfast was surprisingly good. The app for ordering was easy to use. Housekeeping kept our room impeccable every day. Great attention to detail made the stay enjoyable. 🌴

Had a fantastic time with friends here! The beachfront is stunning, and we loved the beachside activities. We took a short trip to the golf club and enjoyed a day by the pool. Great spot to unwind and have fun. Big shoutout to the staff for being super accommodating. Make sure to try the breakfast at Oceana, it's a must.

One downside was that the room was a bit too warm, which made it uncomfortable at times. We reported this issue but it didn't seem to get resolved during our stay.

We had a wonderful stay where the beach view from our room was simply breathtaking, and the fresh seafood at dinner was delicious! The spa was a fantastic way to unwind, and we loved lounging by the outdoor pool with a drink in hand. The only drawback was the occasional wait for dinner, but it was all worth it for the great meals we enjoyed. 🌊
